Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client sites and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
