Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
