Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
