Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Stone Environmental Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on recycling loads. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
