Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Clear Freight Partners is a Des Moines logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on carrier rates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
