Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Early Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
