Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Greenridge Granite Manufacturing is a Tampa manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
