Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Nashville region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
