Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Summit North Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in vehicle inspections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
