Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Basin Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
