Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Fernwood Birch Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Dallas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
