Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
