Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Boston. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
