Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Sable Water Authority is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 687 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
