Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Greenridge Linden Health Group is a healthcare provider in Buffalo with clinics and support teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 255 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
