Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
