Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Fernwood Kestrel Financial serves customers across Philadelphia with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan applications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
