Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
