Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Lumen Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Albuquerque, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan applications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
