Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Ironwood Stone Foods is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in ingredient orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
