Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
