Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Bright Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Oklahoma City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
