Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in machine downtime and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on scrap and rework. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
