Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge Sparrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Little Rock. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
