Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Silverline Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Sacramento across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
