Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Lumen Timber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Reno. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on project schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
