Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Houston serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
