Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Redstone Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tulsa with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Investigate trends in equipment calibration and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
