Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group is a New Orleans company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in vehicle inspections and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
