Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook River Financial Group serves customers across Honolulu with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
