Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on online orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
