Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Foods and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
