Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ashton Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
