Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Loom Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
