Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pine Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
