Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Westbrook Orchard Freight is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on carrier rates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
