Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Environmental Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
