Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Care Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
