Data Analyst - customer trends (remote)

Rivermark Pine Markets Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
