Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Pike Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
