Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on scrap and rework. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
