Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Raleigh area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
