Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Forge Farms Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews.
