Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Kestrel Housing manages affordable housing communities across Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
