Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Lakeside Banking Services is a regional lender in Raleigh with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on deposit accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
