Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis.
