Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Field Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan applications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
