Data Analyst - customer trends (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Umber Facilities Group looks after properties across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
