Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Construction Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
