Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Providence across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on document review. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
